OTA provided overall project management and execution resources to complete a 3-year project to Rip and Replace the 1200 optical and route/switch network nodes with a staff of 40+ that interacted and coordinated with 8 separate internal customer organizations. OTA billed all resources across the skills matrix at a fixed price per hour to best fit with the upstream project filing with the FCC.
